Domino - Designer & Artisan
Domino is a lifelong learner, artisan, and educator with a deep passion for craftsmanship. As a trilingual literature graduate, she brings creativity and precision to every aspect of the brand—from designing new products and packaging to capturing compelling visuals. Committed to an eco-friendly and minimalist lifestyle, she approaches her work with care, thoughtfulness, and an unwavering attention to detail.
Emily – Customer Experience Lead
Emily is the voice of Craft and Antler Co., ensuring every customer interaction is seamless, supportive, and engaging. A natural communicator, she goes above and beyond to assist customers, answer inquiries, and ensure every order is handled with care. With a passion for storytelling and building connections, Emily helps create an experience that reflects the heart of the brand. She’s also a devoted dog lover who brings warmth and attention to detail to everything she does.
Michael and Domino’s journey into leathercraft wasn’t planned—it was discovered. While travelling through Taiwan, they stumbled upon a small workshop where artisans shaped leather with time-honoured techniques. The precision, the patience, and the dedication to the craft sparked something in them.
What started as curiosity soon turned into a passion. But it wasn’t until they returned to Canada, surrounded by rugged landscapes and the rich heritage of local craftsmanship, that their vision truly took shape. Inspired by the harmony of tradition and innovation, they set out to create leather goods that are not just beautiful but built to last—a reflection of the skill, artistry, and soul that go into every piece.
