Every request will be treated fairly and reasonably, as we believe that when we treat our customers with respect, they do the same in return.
FINAL SALE: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is made with care and thoroughly inspected to ensure quality before shipment.
RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your item, please contact us at support@craftandantlerco.com so we can discuss how best to address your concern. We’re always happy to help!
EXCHANGES: We do not currently offer exchanges for online orders.
DEFECTS: We take great care in our craftsmanship and inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. If you believe you have received a defective item, please email us at support@craftandantlerco.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
